Midsummer
Midsummer
As the sun lord's power is at his peak,
We sit in these fields waiting for the fairies some shy and meek.
Time to cast the circle, don't forget the dog and cat,
Grab the candles, herbs and mat.
This is also a Sabbat celebration,
To reaffirm our dedication.
Changes of happiness and sadness that cheer and chide,
The lone way lures us along by chances untried.
A time to learn new secrets that shadows and silence teach,
Off to collect salt water from the beach.
This is a time for strong sun magick,
Making sure none of our goals are tragic.
